Walderslade Surgery

Walderslade Surgery was founded on the local family doctor model of several generations (many will remember Dr Fairclough senior and junior), we have developed into a dynamic 21st century practice which works really hard to provide high quality and up-to-date services to our patients.

Since August 2005 we have worked from purpose built premises situated in Hoyland town centre. We have a patient population of 13,500. We are a ten doctor training practice, comprised of 6 partners and 4 salaried GPs, 4 nursing staff, 2 Health Care Assistants, a Phlebotomist and a team of dedicated administrative staff. Walderslade also have a Health Visiting Team and District Nurses attached to the surgery. We are a well organised practice committed to high quality patient care. We achieve just under maximum QOF scores and we have high patient satisfaction.
